First Enchanter

The title is given to the leader of The College A first enchanter is usually someone who is respected by all mages and usually the The Spell-Breakers too, and he or she is not always chosen based off their power and abilities. The first enchanter is seen by apprentices as a father or mother figure, and an ambassador of peace to The Spell-Breakers by the other mages. First enchanters traditionally wear black robes.

Appointment

The first enchanter is chosen by poular vote from a council of enchanters in The College

Duties

The First Enchanter represents the circle and is charged with protecting and making sure the rights of the mages inside The College are respected. The first enchanter also serves as the main council-man of the Divine and assists her in most matters, political or social and even war.
