Elemental Plane of Air

The elemental plane of air is the wind-swept expanse above the snow-laden clouds of the Frostfell and beneath the Great Conflagration. It is alive with churning winds of all speeds at all times, and populated by all manner of air elementals and flying creatures. Floating in the open air are various chunks of earth, some reduced to debris, others magically stationary and able to serve as homes or bases for the plane's inhabitants, the chiefest of whom are the noble djinn, who make their greatest citadel in the hidden realm of Aaqa.
Navigating this plane is impossible without access to some means of flight.
