Frostfell

The Paraelemental Plane of Frost, or the Frostfell, is the region that acts as the border between the Elemental Planes of Water and Air. It is a region of unbearable cold, populated by frost giants, white and silver dragons, winter wolves, and other monsters with great tolerance for freezing temperatures. Its warmer areas are dotted with humanoid settlements, and it is ruled by the archomental Cryonax from his Chiseled Estate. The coldest place in the plane, and indeed the multiverse, is the Mountain of Ultimate Winter, as discovered by the Light Brigade when they recovered the Eternal Flame of Kishike.
