Lady Celeste Lannigan
Celeste Lannigan, known also as Decla Menfiri, was a Jeltiri rogue and noblewoman, wife of Lord Paisley Lannigan of Tensby. She gained infamy across Jeltir in the wake of the Eventide, when it came out that she had been funding much of Tensby's criminal activity and taking cuts of their profits, and had made two attempts on the life of First, in EL 985 and 1000 respectively, successfully murdering First's companion Rilios during the former attempt. Though her position and the resistance of Lord Paisley slowed down proceedings, she was investigated and at last convicted in August of 1001. However, she escaped confinement before her slated execution, and was not found again.
