Tulio Windpipe

Tulio Windpipe was a half-elf bard famous in the south of the Gaulvistan region of Suiphira in the late 1st century EL. He had his start in the town of Wimbelby on the border of Vuyol Forest, and wrote a great many ballads about the woods, generating an air of mystery around them.
