Insiulle Quollebos

Zatheravi is a small elvish kingdom on the east coast of Avera, and in fact the only elvish kingdom on the continent. Its capital is Belforis, its largest and most prosperous town. Its current king, and its only king since its founding in EL 408, is King Seneryl the Golden.
The kingdom is infamous for its king's long history of catering every decision towards gaining the favor of potential human allies. This, it is almost universally agreed, has led to an overwhelming decay of elven traditions and values. The population has been steadily declining for the last 170 years.
The kingdom is quite small in size and its resources are few. Living there is expensive but quality of life is lower than in any other elvish kingdom in Ekaia.
