Azmi Altan
A human female and distinguished inventor. She served as Gen. Boua Ussaki's former Chief of Engineering in the mid-870's until the end of the Avicennan War. She was one of the first innovators on a new form of transportation known as ‘trains.’
In 873 she gifted the Royal Knights Brigade with a high-tech wagon after they rescued one of her engineers in the mountains bordering Ravi. She was recruited by Queen Astrid Nestorius to expand her train system into Gameth after the end of the Avicennan War in 876, and she helped oversee the completion of the nation's first transcontinental railroad in 904. A backlash to Gameth's industrialization gained influence at Queen Astrid's royal court, leaving many of Azara's plans all but stalled or abandoned. She became a bit player in the kingdom's airship project, passing away from stress-related illnesses in 916.
