Festival of the Fishman

A Gamerian feast day started during the Fairouz Terror, it’s performed as part of a winter tradition to stave off famine and blizzards during the long winters. A parade is always held where a man wears a fish on his head and visits every tavern in Gameria's third level. No one knows how this custom began.
