Integumento S1 E1 - Elderly Care
General Summary
From Beleren Hazid's Personal Diary, Month 8, Week 3, Year 931
Despite putting a stop to the Clown Kings and their occult practices, their influence on the city rages on. According to my contacts at the Temple of Erivo they're seeing a new disease breaking out in the 3rd Level, pale skin and manic behavior the most noticeable symptons. Many of the infected are coming from the neighborhoods that the Kings used to control, and they're worried that it'll start spreading further throughout the city. So I wrangled up a team of Shroud agents to tackle the problem, a band of occultists, industrialists, and streetsmart criminals to investigate the matter. Less than a couple hours after handing them the assignment they managed to apprehend one of the infected for questioning from one of the ramshackle buildings on the edge of the city. Even with how paranoid the Queensguard has become lately, they're not going to notice a break-in in one of the city's poorest neighborhoods. We're keeping the infected in Nikola's shop for safekeeping till they're conscious enough for questioning. There's always a risk conducting Shroud activity in the 1st Level, but despite Kacie's concerns I can't help but taking the risk. I still have so many disguises to try, and this new generation of agents has me nostalgic for my earliest adventures.
