Laertes Avon III

The brother of former Elflands Empress Ophelia Avon and at one point 2nd in line for the Elflands throne. In 896 he was called into Oridelfa to quell the burgeoning Character Revolution, but he was murdered by adventurers in a street fight. He had a passion for new technologies and was one of the first people to use a blunderbuss in combat on the continent of Pescat.
