- Learn of the wider world, including new unheard of continents
- Create a potion of "Free Will" which will supposedly allow the drinker to see "The Truth"
- Discover Kain's plan, and the purpose of the "Keys of Fate"
- Speak to Baxilden who has merged his consciousness with the malleable Kurete that the tower is made from
- Baxilden has done much research since learning "The Truth"
- Discovered Quintessence, the 5th element of magic. This substance fills Ekina, and is the reason for the strange magical nature of the world
