Sea of Voices

The Sea of Voices stretches from just north of Nakaba, up to The Great Ice Desert. The sea gets its name from the many reports from sailors of hearing strange voices out on the open ocean. Many rumours give explanation to these voices, ranging from merfolk and other sentient sea life, to echos created from the strange weather further out to sea. Nobody has ever confirmed what the sounds actually are, however.

I hear it! I hear the voices! Just kidding... I heard no such voices whilst painting this beautifully calm sea. At one point I thought that I could hear voices, perhaps it was just the screams of prisoners on Yukori being tortured. Do they torture the prisoners? Not sure... I digress.
