The Magic Scrolls Store

The Store of Magic Scrolls is located in the North of Maksti Island and belongs to Astarah. It is fully equipped for creating, decrypting and encrypting Elite Magical Scrolls. Inside the building one can also find a thrift store to hand over cursed things and objects that were magically attacked.

It is rumored that this building serves as headquarters for the Order of the Sleepsless.
