Disbandment

Without the guiding hand of it's mother and the disappearance of the great houses, the puppet-state of Ebreolia quickly devolved into myriad warring states.

A puppet cannot rule without a puppeteer, for without Liguria what is there? Without the caring hand of a mother to guide it’s children, ruling houses and petty queendoms became nothing more than power hungry despots without a care for their subjects. Without the gentle embrace of the wyrm to guide, commoners and nobles alike become slaves to themselves and those who would see them so.   And so the puppet was cut from it’s strings, at the cost of it’s unity. The once proud nation of Ebreolia became nothing more than warring states with little regard for each other, leaving only chaos where once had been peace.
