Elaine

Elaine is the surviving twin sister of a pair of witches encountered in north Tanquary Lake shortly after Guildfall. Her sister Annette was freezing over the lake and local environment and was killed by guild agents before her spell grew out of control.

Elaine was then rescued by the guild from a group of witch hunters as her grief at her sisters death appears to be affecting her mental state. She attacked guild members and kidnapped June Woodshimmer, and had to be subdued. Her memories currently appear to be impaired.
