Phallon's Guild report - 0.1.11 agf
Well golly, I just returned to the guild and can I say that the expedition was a resounding success. The adventurers managed to slay the beast I had heard so much about in a very impressive display of ingenuity and skill and I am now the proud owner of its skull. Though I may need to look into this beastie a bit more... some strange magic had caused it to grow to three times its usual size and imbued it with arcane proclivities. Definitely not a natural occurrence. This is quite the exciting discovery, there may be similar abnormally empowered beasts out there that I can claim the trophies off...
Now, Raven's Respite itself is quite a curious town. The residents are wary folk, seeming to feel hard done by the outside world. We met two such folk, one being Hadlow, a sheep farmer who refused for his sheep to be used for mutton but always kept his crossbow close on hand to scare off any wayward passer-bys. He seemed very pro-arms and the adventurers agreed to give his sheep basic training in weapons. I don't quite get it myself but after witnessing the exploits of one such animal I cannot argue against the possible utility in giving weapons to livestock. I suppose I should document these sheep, if they are to become an organised force of violence I suppose the guild should be aware of them. Their names if I recall correctly were Babe, Babe 2, Abe, Abe 2, Babe 3 and Babe 4. Babe 4 is definitely the one to watch. Though Abe 2 found a new home with a pirate from the guild. I must remember to ask for its skull when it inevitably falls.
