He has a balding head with white hair, a sloped forhead, and large tusks protruding from his lower jaw which combine with his large nose, bushy eyebrows, and protruding brow ridge to give him an imposing, rugged look.

Motivation

Oogie wants to become a "real dwarf" through hard work and dedication at the skill of smithing. Unfortunately, he is stupid and does not understand how becoming a dwarf works, or even that its not something that is actually possible under normal means without being born as one. Nonetheless, he pushes on with the help of Zeebor, who he believes is a dwarf despite being a gnome.
