When the caster utters the spell incantation and flicks the material components toward the target, a glob of acid is conjured and hurled at a single creature or object within range. The acid, unless neutralized, continues to burn the target for several seconds.
Any target hit by the glob of acid takes 1d4 acid damage, plus 1 point for each level of experience of the spellcaster, to a maximum of 1d4+20 points of acid damage. Those successfully saving vs. spell receive half damage and do not need to make saving throws for their carried and worn items.
You fire a small orb of acid at the target. You must succeed on a ranged touch attack to hit your target. The orb deals 1d3 points of acid damage.
You hurl a bubble of acid. Choose one or two creatures you can see within range. If you choose two, they must be within 5 feet of each other. A target must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 1d6 acid damage.
This spell’s damage increases by 1d6 when you reach 5th level (2d6), 11th level (3d6), and 17th level (4d6).
You fling a large glob of acid that immediately detonates, spraying nearby creatures. Creatures in the area take 1d8 acid damage with a basic Reflex save; on a critical failure, the creature also takes 1 persistent acid damage.
Heightened (+2)
The initial damage increases by 1d8, and the persistent damage on a critical failure increases by 1.
