Much like other guilds of assassins, the heierarchy of the Aegean Watch Assassin's Guild falls downward and outward. A Father of Assassins leads this group, followed by numerous highly skilled assassins that are deathly loyal to him. Under them are several squad leaders, followed by their squads, and then at the bottom are the newcomers.
