Humans

The Refugees of Celestriax

Fled From Celmani

Winter by AuthorChase on HeroForge

Knowler by AuthorChase on Heroforge

The vampire and fae empires were at war in Celmani. This caused the region to become a frozen hellscape. While Humans were being turned by both races, there was a resistance that planned to escape Celmani to survive. However, before the others fled, many in this organization were turned or killed.   Once they escaped, Winter found them by the border of Frosthalla. They assisted the Humans through the mountains and had an audience with Knowler. Knowler listened to the Humans' story, remembering how Lunarius was researching their culture. He accepted the Humans as his own people, letting them live anywhere in Astnyr.

The Teaching of Alchemy

James Smith by AuthorChase on HeroForge
James Smith began the teaching of alchemy to anyone who was interested in the craft. He was surprised when the Life Druids expressed a wish to learn the art of potion making. The human thought the druids would be as stubborn in their ways as the fae were, but he excitedly showed them how each ingredient worked. Thankfully, the herbs in Astnyr were the same as in Celmani, though he never had a clue why.

Physical Traits

Humans had the most variations of all the races, but there were still some limitations. Humans had fair, tan, peach, or brown skin. Their hair could be red, blonde, brown, black, and grey. Their eye colors were limitless and their body fat and muscle depended on what life these humans led.

Naming Traditions

Humans kept their naming traditions from their home realm. This tradition had the most variation from all the races of Astnyr, and there was no specific pattern. However, there were some humans that had children with Light Elves that adopted Elven naming traditions for said children.
