Finding a Way Report
General Summary
The Furry Ballsacks, following reports of goblins attacking a merchant caravan to the west of Zelkor's Outpost, headed west to investigate. About 5 miles west, they discovered a decrepit and abandoned castle known as Castle Calaelen. Sneaking into the fort from the hill behind it, they soon discovered that the castle had been occupied by the canine humanoids they'd fought earlier as well as goblins. After determining the correct mechanics of using a lantern, the group slew a handful of the occupants, including a blue goblin cleric of Orcus named Jedra the Blue Goblin. The cleric had 4 lapis lazuli earrings that had been forged into his ear that had appeared to turn his skin blue. Severing his ear, the group returned to Zelkor's Outpost and discovered that if the ear (and earrings) is immersed in a fluid, they turned the fluid a striking azure blue color. They sold the wondrous ear to Deslena Melkor to use in her pottery business. The Furry Ballsacks completed their very first quest.
