The Setting

The mysterious Witch Queen of Opheros, Queen Lilianna, has recently exiled her two sisters, overturning the kingdom of Opheros and claiming the crown as hers and hers alone. Due to this, the kingdom has begun to fracture and crumble, leaving its lands open to the power-hungry hands of independent factions, neighboring nations, and perhaps some eyes from far away. In addition to this, the nation has become plagued with odd magic and confusing phenomena. What is happening in Opheros, and what does it mean for the world as a whole?

This campaign, set on the continent of Malinia in the homebrew world of Elddevand, is your traditional High Fantasy adventure, with hints of psychological thriller, gothic horror, and just a pinch of comedy (for flavor!).
