"I ain't nevah seen any such scriblin's as that. Wha'bout you, Henrick? You c'n read dem elfy and dwarfy scrip's, yeah? Wha' ya mean, 'It ain't neither of 'em?'"

Summary

Wandering about the town, it is difficult to miss the distinct difference in age of some of the buildings. Some range back to the years of the Ever War but the foundations of others are older still. The history of the island tells that it was uninhabited save for some mindless desert beasts that called the dunes their home but the aforementioned foundations do not appear to be of Torrelian make, of this generation or any other.

What manner of civilization existed here before the founder's arrival? How long had they been here? What significance does the feminine face that appears on many of their works have?

And, perhaps most pressing of all, what happened to them?
Date of First Recording
