Game Rule

50/50 you need to use have it recharged by enchanter or Ley charger

Every use produces around one gallon of water with the power of a water hose presser, or more depending on the kind. It can extinguish a tiny fire, but the more it is used, the larger the fire it can handle. You may fill a gallon jug or soak a few people. If you have one that generates a jet string, it can Knock someone to the ground. To resist, they must make a DC 20 strength check; otherwise, they will be prone for one round.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

The enchantments on the rod active medium Water and Wind Lay Line Crystals  in the back of the rod use the Water Crystals is used to create Water and the Wind Crystals us to push water out like a jet stream. It has a top that opens to allow the water out. The more complex models have a lid that can be opened to adjust the pressures and sorts of streams available.

Manufacturing process

After forging the metal into a rod, you place the magical ink, laying out the circuits for the water crystal to generate water and the wind crystal to create a blast of wind.  The circuit connections will join at the end of the roadway, where the two lay line crystals will be put.
