Robin Paper

Robin paper is a magically enchanted paper that is used for sending messages over short and great distances. You write a letter and fold it in half and place the receivers address in the center. once the letter is ready you will place a magic seal on the letter and then it will change into a robin origami type form and fly off and land in the mailbox of the one you're sending it to.

Utility

So you will write your letter on no more than 10 papers and leave the last Backpage blank. Then you will fold it in half and write the attended person's address on it. Then grab the magic stamp and put it on there activating the magic to shape it into a robin in most cases. There are other countries and other cities which have changed the appearance of the bird to be a different type of bird. The original and most common one is a robin. Then it will fly up into the air until it feels the magical signal from the mailbox. The mailboxes are built similarly to bird cages and the size it and also have a Light Lay Line Crystals  in them that is been programmed to send out a weak signal that the paper will pick up. It will fly right in the opening of the birdcage and change back into the folded papers.

Social Impact

Now I'll be able to have mail really fly right to your mailbox. Has been grateful for long-distance communications. Being able to communicate and talk with people over a great distance. People even now have what they call Bird Pals. People talk from a different Kingdom country social group or something of that nature.
Inventor(s)
It was created by Alistair Novela. He was a very powerful mage that traveled he continent of Raygon hoping to understand more on magic. But he had a love that he tend to miss and would love to write letters so he began to try to figure out how to send her messages. One day when he was working on bamboo shades they made a paper that could hold magic in it. So if you're going to work up and then Chapman that would be able to have mail reach his love.
Access & Availability
It is very common and big cities and on certain continents. Other places very rare or non-existent just depends on the kingdom and how it works. All of Raygon does have these melling services and most of the big kingdoms and big cities. In small cities and towns, they have central hube and have people deliver the mail. Even some kingdoms only do hub systems.
