Tuar-Tar Chocker was created by a tribed of Centaurs to stay off a clan of Wolf Folk This Chocker would transform into best describe as a Minotaur centaur. Made them bigger, stronger, furryer, and gave horns. The choker increases all their physical abilities. It also gave or enchanted there water magic. When in that they can't use any other type of magic. They also gain resistance to water magic and a weakness to wind magic. With this they get hook on the power. Also they slowy develop going from mad to happy and vice versa as a personality trait. It's almost like they have aggressive bipolar. Now the magical effects and the aggression by Pole symptoms start to stay wisdom even if they're not using the choker. Meaning that their personality starts to have quick detector or all of a sudden going to be happy. And their magical abilities start converting to only have water magical powers. They're probably even keeps the resistance to water and weakness wind.
