Buldric Howard
A young half-dragon who was adopted by Julia Howard, he quickly fell in love with reading and spent a lot of time in the library. Before long he was able to help visitors find the books they were looking for and as a result Jesse Reeves approached Buldric about a position of work at the Rising Sun Library.
