Rising Sun Library

Caerleon's library, located near Radiant Runway. It was many years ago funded by The Order of The First Dawn, and they named it Rising Sun Library to honor Aelius The God of The Sun.
It is staffed by Jesse Reeves, Naexi Erxina and Buldric.
