The lord currently owning the land around Beckton, a kind man who is lenient on taxes and is working to find ways to improve Beckton. He is currently working on building a medical center in Beckton, so they will no longer have to rely on just herbalists.
His wife died many years ago from a strange sickness that it seems like his daughter now carries as well. Famous Clerics, Wizards, Priests, some Druids and many others have met his daughter Beatrice Silverhawk but have been unable to figure out what she is suffering from.
He wants to do what is right but is also desperately searching for a way to cure his daughter.
His right leg was recently broken beyond repair as a Giggle Goodberry appeared underneath his horse, causing it to fall over in panic and crush his leg. Since then, Giggle has been trying to sell her land near Penrith to him, but he is skeptical of Giggle as she has admitted to lying about her name and claimed to potentially be the reason Tristan Amberthorn recently got killed in Dameril. While she herself did not commit the murder, she claimed to believe that the murderer might be one of her associates.
He is also aware that buying the land would be incredibly unprofitable for him, as it is likely it will take decades for him to earn back the money he has to spend on it.
