Evie Simmons

The current Head of Necromancy, a human woman who has held the title for over two hundred years. People know she is cheating death somehow but she refuses to talk about the subject.
While she famously holds all secrets known about necromancy, she is also very aware of how illegal necromancy is and does not wield it. She is very strict as a person and a lot of people find her difficult to deal with. She famously refuses to use her knowledge of necromancy to help people, the only exception she might make is the crown or the Archmage of The Arcanium Index.
Other than that, she is an extremely wealthy, upper class woman and it shows in her posture and in the way she talks. She can come off as arrogant from time to time, and seemingly has a view that she is superior to others because of her beauty, knowledge and talent.
