Founding of The Arcanium Index

The Arcanium Index was founded year 18 in the Founding Era by Lily Davies with the intention of creating a place for those interested in magic. Where they could gather, study and research what magic has to offer.
Back then it was held in the back of a library but today they have major research centers and teaching facilities in almost every major city in Strathos.
