Ginger Tea

Made by letting finely cut fresh ginger rest in hot water. This creates a tea with a mix of a somewhat bitter taste alongside the peppery and sweet taste of the ginger that also comes with a with a pungent and spicy aroma.
As Ginger is a rare trade goods from the Everspring Isles, where it is very difficult to grow. The tea is pretty rare in Strathos and is as such pretty expensive.
