Silfa Serine

Silfa Serine is the land where several Wood Elven clans gathered under the same rule after The Great Disaster to help ensure each others survival. The area the city is built in is still overgrown from the remnants of the disaster, but the wood elves used it to their advantage.
Silfa Serine and Thyren is ruled by a council consisting of the nobles from the three family houses that originally bonded together to form Thyren and Silfa Serine. It has around 10000 wood elven citizens.
