The Elladonian Book of Laws

The Elladonian Book of Laws is a document used by Magisters of various ranks to aid them in sentencing criminals for their crimes. The book itself contains The Legal Code of Elladonia, as written by the crown listing out various crimes and their punishments.
It is important to note that the punishment listed is the highest one can attain from the stated crime, the Magister in charge of the judgement process decides on the severity of the punishment.
The code has existed since shortly after the founding of Elladonia, but has, throughout the course of time, faced many changes. The most recent change being approximately 850 years ago, when the section for criminal use of magic was updated after The Undying Massacre. After the terrifying war, it was included in the legal code that criminal use of Necromancy could be punishable by death, to prevent the uprising of evil necromancers once again.
