Tim Axton
A young man who was born in Redwick, he was known as Tim the Arsonist after burning down several buildings in the towns and villages around Dameril, costing many their homes and lives. He was arrested by adventurers from The Golden Griffon Adventuring Company and brought to justice.
Before Tim became known as an Arsonist he was a cheerful lad who lived out most of his life in Redwick. At the age of 14 he met an old, wandering man in the forest who offered him his wisdom. When Tim accepted his life changed as he was now able to use magic, but as his abilities improved the chaos around him increased. Out of nowhere balls of fire would rain from the sky around him, and the people around him blamed him for the disasters occurring that he did not even understand. He even lost his family to these fireballs.
He began traveling from town to town and from village to village to avoid the guards chasing him. Destruction following him wherever he went. One day he found himself in Redwick where he was confronted by four adventurer's from The Golden Griffon Adventuring Company who were there to arrest him. When he resisted another ball of fire fell out of the sky and crushed the tavern they were in. As one of the adventurer's who introduced himself as Hendric Wildbloom claimed that he understood what was happening to him as he suffered from the same thing, Tim willingly surrendered. Heartbroken that it was his fault that the destruction around him had occurred, and that he had taken the lives of so many people, including his own family.
He worked with Hendric Wildbloom and Hale Frostwind for a while, as Hendric explained what being a Wild Magic Sorcerer meant, but how Tim was somewhat different and potentially cursed. His sentence was dropped once Hendric managed to pull some strings with The Arcanium Index but it came with consequences. Tim is now branded with an arcane rune that will blow his head straight off if he tries to cast magic, which will only be removed once he has proven to not be as bad of a person as people believe him to be.
