White Tea

Made of the leaves and bulbs from the Camellia sinensis, but unlike it's basic tea siblings the White Tea leaves are picked, dried and instantly used. The leaves are sometimes even taken from immature plants. This makes their taste much lighter than the other basic teas.
As the tea needs to be drunk very shortly after it is picked, the transportation to countries further from The Everspring Isles becomes difficult. If the tea gets to oxidize too much it stops being White Tea. This makes the tea much more expensive in the other parts of Strathos.
