Nequarine Basin

The last remaining bastion of civilization in the High Elven style and the only remaining province of [[Iuzon]], the Nequarine Basin consists of the wetlands and steppe surrounding [[Lake Nequetal]]. Most regions left under control of the Elves are urban settlements with little discernible governance. instead ruled mostly by the whims of the powerful Magister lords and their companies.
