Captain: Cairo Hawke (Hawk)

Captain Hawke is a half elf Union officer with long red hair arranged with a head band and a pony tail. 
He wears green half plate, and a spear. 
During the raising of the militia, Mayor Ashford, petitioned the union for someone to train the volunteers. The Union sent one of it's academy officers. 
Captain Hawke trained the militia for only 5 weeks before being sent out on their first assignment. The party had fallen into a trap, and he was captured or killed. He hasn't been seen since.
