The party encountered Dorad as one of the many detained when the group liberated the refugee camp just northeast of Hecht in the Blood Stone Hills. After the rescue, Dorad immediately recognize Priestess Luna as a member of the Onyx Order and a cleric general. He then divulged he was a retired paladin of the Cobalt Council.
Dorad had accompanied the group all the way from Hecht to Labrie. Once there he had departed the group stating that he had chartered a boat to take him to Cardona so he can speak with his contacts in the Cobalt Council.
