Ethel presented as an elderly human female with a grey hair in a bun, the wrinkles of a person burdened with responsibility, and a stern expression to match. She has hunched back, and walks with the cane.
The party met this lady during the flooding of her hamlet located near a tributary of the Mongave.
She and her villagers as well as a few Federation soldiers were stranded on top of the rooves of their houses.
The PCs rescued every villager and escorted the group to Peche.
There she and the other villagers decided to resettle in the Amethyst Isle after you had saved her and all of her people twice in two weeks.
