Galt Horizon Walker

Galt Horizonwalker is a male aasimar 6'2" with pale almost glowing skin. who the party met while captured in the Federation refugee camp. 
He states that he was studying at the Collage of Lore and was incarcerated for spreading dissent about the upcoming war through out campus. 
During the party's escape, he was left in one of the holding chambers. The group later ran into him while on the road to Hecht. He stated that he was freed during a Republic rescue operation, and laid low in the city of Hecht until he heard news about the party in Hecht and decided to make the travel to visit. 
When he parted company with the party to pursue a lead of another refugee camp within the Forest of Secrets where he believes his professor is being held captive.
