Incursion Investigation

Magical leylines are powerful channels of arcane energy that circumnavigates the entire world. At certain points these leylines cross paths, and these intersections are called nexus points. Nexus points are inherently said to be places of great magical energy. In special instances with the right catalyst a rift opens up at these nexus points. These rifts are portals to the different planes. Recently the rifts have been opening up have lead to the Hells, leading to devils and demons spilling out into the world spreading their never ending war into the earth. When this happens these are called incursions. As such, there is a need for brave parties to seek out these rifts to vanquish the invaders before innocent people get hurt.  
Back at the Delegation of the Diamon Soul(DDS) headquarters in the city of Yulis, a report comes in of a possible incursion in the Forest of Shadows a known nexus point. With the more senior members of the organization away on DDS matters, A select group of junior members are being sent to investigate, and if there happens to be an incursion to handle it accordingly.
