Selai Parse is the Mayor of the city of Quail Hollows.
She is a half elf of moderate sized, her long hair blonde hair is frazzled. She is seen wearing elven robes of green with floral print of gold or silver.
She has requested for aid from Lord Goldemane for the party to assist her with some towns people who have gone missing.
Upon first meeting the party she seemed a little out of sorts disheveled, whether its her normal personality, or a result of the missing towns people, or a combination of both.
Mayor Parse has a deep love for her citizens, and you can see it visibly reciprocated despite her visible quirks/flaws.
