Surge is a two handed great weapon in the form of an anchor with bladed arms.
It was obtained by the party from a slain sahuagin warrior.
It requires tremendous strength to wield properly, however, to those that are able to posses its sheer mass, the weapon grants the wielder incredible damaging potential as well as aquatic gifts like a swim speed.
