Rat Kings

A group of brigands, thugs, and killers that terrorize the people of Eastchurch. They have taken advantge of the change in leadership and have gown in numbers. Much to the frustration of the denizens of the duchy, House Tomen has has very little luck bringing them to justice. They are particularly deadly due to their use of alchemical weapons.
