Devil Rajah Standard
Ompari has always been a reclusive country, more concerned with their own internal struggles than those of the outside world. The Rajah's, the once proud ruling class has almost completely been usurped by the influence and systematic take-over by otherworldly beings with nefarious and dastardly motives. As a means for these new Devil Rajah to mark their territory, they have utilized a marking system describable to only their kind. To the common man, these markings appear as simple grafitti on the side of buildings, but to the Devil Rajah, they mean so much more.
Geographical Distribution
The Devil Rajah Standard is hardly ever seen outside of Ompari. Every so often, it may be found in a densely populated city, but not in very large quantities. This is due to the fact that Ompari is the only country that observes the sovereignty of the Devil Rajah. It should also be further noted that the Devil Rajah are not a well known or regarded ruling class on the world's political stage. That being said, if anyone so happens to spy the Devil Rajah Standard anywhere in th world, it is safe to assume that one is close by.
Phonology
To the common man, this method of communication is strictly visual, there is no spoken language. In this way, only those who understand the collection of pictographs can put together the message hidden within the graffiti. Once understood, the meaning can be translated into just about any spoken language.
To those able to read the pictographs, there is a dictionary of terms used to easily identify the pictographs. Scholars have been able to discover strong ties to Infernal dialects, but it does seem to have adopted it's own measure of identiy.
Morphology
Devil Rajah Standard has been concluded to be a distant dialect cousin of the Standard Infernal language spoken those creatures native to the Infernal planes. However, it is clear that the language has shifted, most scholars believing it to be a product of long time exposure and intentional modification to better fit or align with the common Sitru language of the Omparish coast.
The common Infernal language is a rather aggressive speech pattern, relying heavily on the consonants for emphasis. This emphasis requires the speaker to take frequent breaths, whereas the Devil Rajah Standard allows for the speaker to string many clauses and phrases together in a single breath.
