The Golden Hearth
An Orchard owned by Coranaith Voski and his family. While he chooses to live a modest life, owning this well established Orchard has produced significant wealth, wealth he does not flash about. The Orchard itself has been in the family for at least the last three generations.
The Orchard is known for growing exquisite hearth cherries and morus alba (golden mulberries). The grounds contain fields of trees, a main home, a large barn with horses and carts, chickens, geese, a small pond, 4 smaller homes for staff, and a medium barn with a hot stove for canning, glass jars and crates, several ovens, barrels of fermenting wines and racks of aging wines. Golden Hearth Orchards sells one particular mix called “Bitter Devotion” a sweet red wine made of a blend of their fruits aged in fine barrels, and sells it explicitly to the Priesthood in Davian. Another popular blend is called “Shimmering Ides” that tends to sell for 15GP a bottle.
