The Gilded Orchards of Davian

A group of Orchard owners and Wine/Nectar producers that operate out of Glittering Gardens Guildhall in Eden. Membership is exclusive and it comes with annual dues and a lot of vetting. Most of the Orchards in this guild are owned by wealthy people who have owned their land for generations.

Culture

Membership of the Gilded Orchards of Davian is held by a group determined by themselves to be elite. They believe in protecting their trade secrets, and are typically very reactive to new Orchards and Vineyards whoes business threatens a member of the guild. Often members reluctantly will support each other by shutting out newcomers and withholding trade secrets. They are also known to keep a black list of venders, employees, and helpers that have wronged one or more member of the guild through time.

Laws

Dues are to be paid in fully annual on the first Brightsday of Nova.
New members may apply with proof of income/ability to pay their dues.
Failure to pay dues results in membership being immediately revoked.
Members are voted in by a majority of existing members, votes take place quarterly on the last Annulet Moon of the season. All members are required to attend or send a stand in.
Any member can be removed at the annual voting meeting as long as 3 member orchards agree to bring it to a vote.
Membership can be denied for any reason.
