Windy Knoll Vineyard
The Windy Knoll has been owned by Brutus Knoll's family for several generations, creating Cinne Classic, a wine sold throughout Tema with a reputation of being “a solid choice.” Is it the wine you will drink at a fine dining establishment? No. Is it the wine you bring your friend to their celebration? No. But is it the wine you drink at home with your dinner? Probably. Is it the wine the rowdy Tavern Owner has plenty of? Yes. It's not fancy, but it is un-insulting and very drinkable. It is brewed with a select mix of Brutus' pears and grapes.
