On the First Brightsday of Nova in 1800 Religious Diplomats meet in Davian and the Alliance of Tema is forged and signed. Inzali and Vesper maintain borders and restrict Davian's access to the Ocean. Davian asserts control over folks born with the ability to use magic, as in their uses are limited to people who take vows to serve the gods, and banish and restrict the worship of some gods and their gifts entirely. Each nation is allowed to govern Arcana users how they see fit, so long as use is highly monitored. Peace is tense.
